Anxiety from Gustav

I haven't slept all weekend. It could be due to the 9 month insominia I've recently acquired... But this weekend Gustav is to blame. Here is what I can report is going on so far...
1. Chris's mom, JJ, MJ his sis and all 4 cousins have evacuated to our house to be safe. I worry for Aunt Lala and Dave and Steve who stayed behind. I'm not concerned for their safety .. Mainly just the misery of no power and anarchy that Gustav will bring.
2. Dad and Kyle have literally worked around the clock to insure as much of the crop was harvested. Neighboring farmers have pulled together ... But whatever is left in the fields will be a loss with the fcst of flooding rains to be moving here within a few hours.
3. Shreveport is full. Hotels sold out last Thu. Shelters are full and I heard that over 60,000 people have evacuated to Shreveport. I went out to get groceries today and the town is crazy .. Lines at gas stations and no bread, water or batteries left is stores.
4. I'm still working. I don't get holidays off. Plus I'm facing several deadlines at work with Accounting and our annual budget. I'm also concerned on the impact that this hurricane will have on our business. My company is pretty fragile in this weak economy and having 3 casinos in LA being effected by the storm is a concern.
5. What is this hurricane going to do to our economy in general. It will be interesting to see where gas prices go this week.
