New Entry

I just got a flip camera ... so I should be posting alot more movies now. But here is a test. I thought I would show you what our new entrance to the house looks like... it took them almost 6 weeks to tear out and put in new steps. We still need to add lights and we r doing our best to keep the landscape watered...but it has been hard during the drought and heat this summer. Hopefully in a year or so the landscape will fill in some more and look complete.

Busy Times @ Westdale this Summer

One day I'm going to say remember when ....
the farm road was so busy that there was actually a security guard 24/7 at the entrance managing all the traffic. (I think that they are just keeping a record of everyone in the area in case a well blows and this way they know how many lives were lost). It can take almost ten minutes to drive one mile to the house from the highway due to all the truck traffic. There is a tremendous amount of activity going on. 4 well sites with multiple wells being frac and 2 more rigs going up! Westdale has been forever changed to Gasland.
