Jack's Indian Name -- "Giant Chicken"

If you have been around Jack lately you would know why this is his name. He tries to say funny things or tell jokes (none of which are funny) and his punchline is always "chicken."

I'm no longer a Runner, I'm a MARATHONER!

I had a great race. My goal was to finish under 5 hours and I did that (4:55) despite the fact that I walked most of the last 4 miles. I was amazed at how many people took part in the race ... 30,000! The weather was great and I was injury free (not even a blister). I think I was well prepared and trained thanks to USAFIT.

San Antonio

We went to San Antonio for my big race weekend. We had great fall weather and did alot of relaxing at the resort. There were kids activities, smores at night and we had cocktails in the lobby every evening.

They Meet

Jack got to meet his favorite tv celebrity. Billy the Exterminator and his brother Ricky. Big Momma checked Jack out of school this morning to see the filming of an episode at Loyola's Baseball field. I'm sure Jack had alot of stories to tell when he got back to school.
