Finding Balance

It was a great Sunday (despite the fact that Caroline still had fever Sat night from a cold that has lasted all week). We took advantage of the great weather to spend some time together outside.
Jack still hasn't learned to ride his bike that Santa brought him so we thought we would do some practice runs at the track. I think he liked playing in the stands more than the riding lesson.

I enjoyed spending time with the BFFs that were in town this past weekend. (We missed all of you that weren't able to make it!) It was fun catching up and seeing all the kiddos together.

Thomas turns 3

It is so much fun to have our cousins nearby. But Jack and Caroline really enjoyed celebrating Thomas's 3rd birthday with him. Nothing is better in their eyes than cupcakes, jumpy, chicken nuggets, and playing with cousins and JoJo.

One Mess after Another

While I was inside cleaning up the 3rd or 4th mess of the day (after already tackling the regular household chores) I put Caroline outside to avoid any further disasters. This is what I get in return. Why do I bother?

Spring has Sprung

We've been spending alot of time outdoors. I love this warm weather. Chris and I have been busy planting flowers (and enjoying a beer) and C loves to paint in the sunshine.
