Easter Sunday

We had a beautiful Easter Sunday. We woke up and hunted the eggs the Easter Bunny hid and the kids ate candy for breakfast while playing with the surprises in their Easter Baskets. Then we met John, Big Momma and JoJo at Church. After worship service we all had lunch at East Ridge and Lauralee joined us.

Down on the Farm

Somehow Chris mentioned that he wanted to test drive my dad's new lawn mower and that turned into Joe "allowing" Chris to mow the yard at the farm. Chris broke the main water pipe to the house while mowing which involved into a plumbing project that took a few hours to fix. Needless to say Chris is no longer allowed to mow the yard. The kids and I took advantage of running around outside while all this was going on.

Kitchen Remodel Finally Coming to an End

We're almost there ... just a few more things... we still have shutters to install, a new table and light to purchase and the electrician needs to come back to fix a few things and change the color of some plugs ... but wow what a difference.
