...finally figured out that Jack was telling me a story about Moses and the Israelites. Jack had a blast at Vacation Bible School this week. It makes your soul feel good to see your child so excited to hear more about God and to sing and Praise Him!

Nana's B'day and a Visit with Gus (Grandpop)
We had a wonderful Fourth of July. We went to Mandeville and celebrated Jane's 60th Birthday with all of our cousins. Grandpop came to visit too. It was great seeing Grandpop ... he's the best lookin' and liveliest 92 year old I ever met!

Jack's Favorite Show....
The Exterminators on A&E. It's filmed in Bossier City... Karen started watching it just to see if she recognized anyone in the shots ..and now the whole family is intrigued with the show. I hope to drive Jack out to the Vexcon headquarters one day...it would be awesome to run into Billy or Mary.
I can remember when I was his age watching The Dukes of Hazzard and then reenacting the sitcom's scenes....its funny b/c this is exactly what Jack does now with The Exterminators. Big Momma got the shirts so that they can really get into the act now.

She's Fast!
Jack never crawled... so this is all new to us. Caroline has been crawling for awhile now but lately she has gotten faster and is getting into everything. Her favorite place to go in the house is Jack's room where she puts every toy she can get her hand on in her mouth.
